Part-time. TAMC's Aroostook Health Center, located in Mars Hill, provides long-term care and rehabilitation services to 72 residents. We take a holistic approach to providing care. This includes creating a plan of care that fits the unique needs of every resident, including the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of health. Our rehabilitation program allows residents to relearn activities of daily living, recover sooner, and regain the ability to care for themselves upon returning home. Our rehabilitation services help to bridge the gap between hospital and home. We also care for residents who can no longer perform everyday tasks, such as eating, bathing, or getting dressed. We understand that losing independence due to illness or injury can be a very difficult adjustment. We work very hard to help ease the transition for our residents and their families through a supportive, team approach. We go to great lengths to make Aroostook Health Center feel like home to our residents. Through our Resident Activities Program, residents can enjoy many of the experiences that may have been part of their lives before their illness or injury, including a variety of social gatherings, off-site excursions, and educational programs. Dining Service Staff

Seventy Five State Street in Portland is looking for waitstaff to work in our dining rooms and kitchen. $10.10 per hour plus $1 shift differential for hours worked past 4pm & all day on weekends. Full-time. Non-profit organization. To perform dining service duties that support the Dining Service Department in service for residents who live in an Assisted Living Facility. Excellent written & verbal communication skills are a must. Ability to work independently with geriatric population, understanding needs & requests. Must be able to commit to 4 shifts per week. Hiring 7-2 or 2:30pm and/or 4-7pm & 11am-7pm. Duties include serving, assisting residents in dining room, kitchen & dining room set-up for meal service, vacuuming, stocking, cleaning. Food Service Director

Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation is looking for a full-time Food Service Director. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ dietary experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility. Major Purpose: Responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal and State Guidelines and Regulations, established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietitian and/or Administrator to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times.
