Director of Admissions

Sandy River Center located in Farmington is seeking a Director of Admissions to join our team! The Admissions Director is responsible for managing the customer flow, admissions process and marketing program for the center. Responsibilities include guiding marketing program for healthcare services which assures: strong customer, referrer, and payor satisfaction; appropriate market penetration; positive public image; maximization of center profitability and census goals. Admissions/Marketing Coordinator

Eastside Center for Health & Rehabilitation, Bangor, is seeking an Admissions/Marketing Coordinator. Position assists the  Director in keeping the beds filled, to increase the payer mix to the optimum benefit to the facility, and to ensure a positive public image. Qualifications: Associate's  Degree in  Business and/or three-five  (3 -5 ) years  directly  related health care experience; can communicate both verbally and in writing; must have excellent presentation and organizational skills; knowledge of closing a sale's agreement; ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and facility staff in the performance of duties; knowledge of state and federal regulations governing the admission process within a nursing facility. Primary functions include: Market facility to hospitals, physicians, VNA's, community; do assessments for hospital and community referrals; schedule and close tours for prospective families  and   applicants; share pertinent information regarding the facility; obtain any additional information needed from the family to complete an application; fill out Admission  paperwork with  resident or family; receive incoming referrals from hospitals, community agencies, and families; participate in daily admissions  meetings, facilitating the meeting in the absence of the Director; assists the Director in developing collateral, press releases, advertisements, and scheduling community activities; in the absence of the Admissions Director, assumes all duties and responsibilities as necessary to maintain the efficient flow of inquiries and admissions to the facility. Development and Outreach Director

Director of Marketing/Admissions - Long Term Care

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth is seeking a Director of Marketing/Admissions. In this role you will be responsible for marketing and admissions activity. You will have existing programs to offer your referral sources and an excellent reputation in the community to work with. You will partner with the Clinical Evaluator for your region as well as the Administrator and DNS to ensure the correct services are available for each potential resident. You will need excellent organization, communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of health care marketing and community resources, management of admissions process including Title 19 applications and third party reimbursement.
