Director of Admissions

Sandy River Center located in Farmington is seeking a Director of Admissions to join our team! The Admissions Director is responsible for managing the customer flow, admissions process and marketing program for the center. Responsibilities include guiding marketing program for healthcare services which assures: strong customer, referrer, and payor satisfaction; appropriate market penetration; positive public image; maximization of center profitability and census goals. Development and Outreach Director

Hospice of Southern Maine (HSM) has an opportunity for a results driven individual to direct the organization’s philanthropic and outreach efforts. The successful candidate will have a solid educational background including: A Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred; management experience required and a minimum of 5 – 7 years of progressive development and outreach experience, including building and managing fundraising programs, processes and systems. Individual will serve as a key solicitor and strategist for major individual, corporate and foundation prospects.  Plays a major role in developing positive, ongoing community relations and serves as a spokesperson among existing and potential donors. Director of Marketing/Admissions - Long Term Care

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth is seeking a Director of Marketing/Admissions. In this role you will be responsible for marketing and admissions activity. You will have existing programs to offer your referral sources and an excellent reputation in the community to work with. You will partner with the Clinical Evaluator for your region as well as the Administrator and DNS to ensure the correct services are available for each potential resident. You will need excellent organization, communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of health care marketing and community resources, management of admissions process including Title 19 applications and third party reimbursement. Primary Functions: Identify and develop potential referral sources; increase referral sources; maximize the census through effective marketing; generate public relations and marketing opportunities; receive incoming referrals from hospitals, community agencies, and families; note demographic and financial information on admission application; arrange for medical information to be received, both initial nursing report and required written paperwork; follow-up on financial information so that source of payment is clear and areas requiring further work (e.g., pending Title 19 application, applied income) are noted; coordinate Admission meetings each day with appropriate team to speed up the process; without the Admissions/Marketing Coordinator, speak and/or meet with families about specifics of admission requirements and placement procedures before admission.
