To earn credit:

You must have been present for the full session(s) you marked on your CEU Documentation Form.

Forms submitted onsite have been collected and are being verified by MHCA staff.

Electronic CEU Certificates will be sent via email within the next week. Please watch your inbox for your personalized certificate.
