Mike McNeil Scholarship Applications - Submission Deadline is June 20th

To date, the Mike McNeil Scholarship Fund has awarded $84,500 to 139 students to help them pursue careers in long term care. It promotes careers in long term care through scholarships for individuals affiliated with MHCA long term care facilities. Scholarships are open to MHCA member facility employees, their immediate family members and volunteers wishing to pursue post-secondary education and training in the areas of Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Activities and Food Service. 

Applications for this year's program will be accepted until June 20th and recipients will be notified by mid-July. To apply, click here. Supporting documentation including school acceptance letter or current transcript, and written references can be sent to MHCA, 317 State Street, Augusta, ME 04330.
