Direct Care Worker Summit

MHCA will be hitting the road to offer a thoughtfully curated full-day education program developed specifically for direct care workers. The agenda includes education topics relating to leadership, quality improvement, self-care, and mentorship. For a printable flyer with full session details, please click here. Our hope is to express appreciation for the hard work and dedication of each direct care worker across the state while offering this opportunity for professional development.
We are equally excited to share that Maine Community College Workforce Compact grants have been secured by MHCA for each of these sites, and attendance is FREE to MHCA members. In order to access these funds, there are requirements that must be met. Attendees must complete a two part registration process and commit to attending the program in full. Space is limited, we encourage attendees to register early.
