Increase your knowledge of clinical assessment and care planning, completion of the MDS, and the regulations surrounding the RAI/MDS process by attending the three-day AANAC Resident Assessment Coordinator—Certified (RAC-CT®) certification workshop, which includes Patient-Driven Payment Model curriculum. This certification is the most widely-recognized MDS 3.0 certification in the long-term care profession and is quickly becoming the mark of nurses who truly understand resident assessments. How to Register:
We encourage you to register early as space is limited for this program. To register: either (1) use the Register Online option, or (2) complete the registration form included in the conference brochure, fax it to MHCA at 207.623.4080, and mail the original (along with your payment) to: Maine Health Care Association, 317 State Street, Augusta, ME 04330. If you opt to pay with a credit card, to ensure the accuracy/safety of your information, you must register and process your payment online.
Payment is required at the time of registration or at least one week prior to the event. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, checks and credit cards. The rates are as follows:
- AANAC Member Rate = $575
- Join & Register Rate = $699
- Non-Member Rate = $775.
AANAC membership is not required to participate in this program. However, you must be an AANAC member to take advantage of the reduced rates. If you already have a current membership, you must provide your AANAC membership number to MHCA for verification purposes.
