Title: Census Development: The Power of Data (WB2111)
Date: November 17, 2020
Time: 1:00 PM
Program Description: The referral landscape has rapidly changed over the past few years and Covid-19 has added an additional challenge for post-acute providers. Hospital referrals have reduced by more than 20% (in some States) AND traditional Medicare patients are opting for alternative solutions for care. This session will showcase how to develop a strategic marketing campaign using key hospital data as one of your fundamental tools to attract residents. We will examine one of Maine’s largest hospital systems and identify opportunities and ways to skillfully present your facility to the referral decision makers. We will also review the metrics that are vital to hospitals and dive into the diagnostic groups that are most and least likely being discharged to post-acute care.
How to Register: The Invitation to Register will be sent to our MEMBER education email list shortly.
