Title:
Healing & Recovery: The Role of Leaders in Crafting a New Facility Culture (WB2103)
Date:     March 16, 2021
Time:    1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Program Description:  The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly limited a care center’s ability to achieve the long-standing industry ideal of creating a homelike environment of care. In the coming months, the culture in your community and the quality of life for all concerned will be shaped by the status of the virus. The way your leaders design and communicate the development of this new culture will be vital to a successful transition to the next generation of long-term care. This session offers strategies for effectively overcoming the fallout from COVID-19, the impact on both staffing retention and recruitment as well as resident satisfaction and quality of life, and other related challenges to making a full recovery.
