Program Description:  For years care centers have battled negative public perception about the quality of health care and supportive services provided in their homes. Given the impact of COVID-19 on this population, it's not hard to imagine why this growing trend is leading to an increase in the demand for alternatives to long-term care. In times like these, it is essential to develop a plan for rebuilding consumer confidence. Winning consumer confidence requires more than a focus on amenities. Building trust requires a confident, consistent, coordinated team approach to customer care and service. This program will focus on the impact of COVID-19 on consumer confidence, how to create a culture that demonstrates commitment to quality care and consumer satisfaction across a broad demographic, crafting and implementing a plan for consumer outreach activities, and more.
