AI, Cyber Security, and Data
Over the past year, artificial intelligence has already transformed the way senior living providers deliver care, engage residents, and run their operations. But without clean, trustworthy data and strong cybersecurity measures, AI initiatives can quickly stall, or worse, expose organizations to unnecessary risk. This session will explore how AI, cybersecurity, and data integrity are deeply interconnected, and why leaders must approach them as a strategic triangle rather than separate initiatives. Senior living executives will learn how to establish the secure, reliable foundation required to responsibly adopt AI, protect resident and staff information, and unlock meaningful business and care outcomes. Real-world examples will demonstrate how forward-thinking providers are building data governance, strengthening cyber defenses, and embracing AI to drive efficiencies, improve resident experience, and ensure organizational sustainability.
