Survey Preparedness for Assisted Living: Mitigating Risk & Addressing Deficiencies (WB2106)
Date:     June 22, 2021
Time:    1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Program Description:  Licensed assisted living providers are subject to regular surveys to ensure they deliver high quality care and services to residents in their community. The truth is, despite concerted efforts to comply with regulatory requirements and attain deficiency-free surveys, there are times when a facility falls short. Does your team know how to respond? Do you understand the process and timelines?  This program will focus on risk mitigation during a survey visit as well as best practices for reviewing a Statement of Deficiency and writing a Plan of Correction. Topics for discussion include regulatory review, terminology and definitions, process and time frames, preparation, documentation, core elements, follow-up surveys, and more.
How to Register:  The invitation to register will be sent to our MEMBER education email list. If you would like to be added to our education email list, please send your contact information to Dianne Chicoine at
