The COVID-19 crisis has created one of the best opportunities we’ve ever had in long-term care to re-evaluate our programming, innovate and develop a truly person-centered approach that changes lives – one resident at a time. Programming with SPICE is a four-part, comprehensive, web-based series created specifically to offer both insight and practical strategies to activity coordinators, administrators and anyone with a passion for creating environments where residents and staff can thrive. When times get tough and the heat is turned up, communities/leaders who thrive know how to stay COOL – Connect, Operationalize, Optimize, and Lead!  Click here for a message from the Presenter!

MHCA will host this four-part educational series online (via Zoom) from 10:00AM to 11:30AM on four consecutive Wednesdays: July 15, July 22, July 29 & August 5, 2020 . For a detailed description of each session, you may refer to the Event Flyer
