RN Director of Nursing

Northland Living Center, a 14-bed ICF/IID facility, is seeking a Director of Nursing
 to provide nursing care and assessment for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.


* Registered Nurse with a history in long term care. 
* A minimum of five years management experience  preferred.
* Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Medicaid, case mix and rehab/sub-acute services.
* Demonstrated background in financial management, policy/procedure implementation, and ability to manage all aspects of the nursing department.
* Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
