Sanfield Rehabilitation and Living Center, a progressive 35-bed healthcare facility, offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation, long-term, respite and residential care, has an excellent leadership opportunity for the right candidate.
* Licensed Social Worker with previous supervisory experience in a health care setting
* Knowledge and experience with Medicare, managed care, Maine Care and other reimbursement sources
* Demonstrated knowledge of facility regulation and policy/procedure implementation
* Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment and manage all aspects of the social services department
