The Health Services Director is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and evaluation of health services in accordance with Maine assisted living regulations, community policies, and best clinical practices. The Director works closely with residents, families, providers, and staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery.

- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all resident health services
- Conduct and oversee resident assessments, service plans, and care coordination
- Ensure compliance with Maine Department of Health and Human Services assisted living regulations
- Supervise, train, and support nursing and direct care staff
- Coordinate services with physicians, hospice, home health agencies, pharmacies, and other providers
- Participate in admissions, transitions of care, and interdisciplinary care conferences
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and quality assurance processes
- Serve as a clinical resource to residents, families, and staff
