North Country Associates, Maine’s premier health care management company,
is currently seeking applicants for our Administrator-in-Training Program.
 
 This full time (6 months) program is designed to prepare an individual for a challenging career as an Administrator at Gardiner Health Care Facility in
Houlton, Maine
 
Qualified individuals must:
* Possess a minimum of a  Bachelor’s Degree in a business or health care field
* Possess previous experience in a health care setting
* Be an energetic self-starter
* Have supervisory experience with demonstrated knowledge of budget systems
* Be willing to ultimately be placed for assignment at our facility in Houlton, Maine
* Be willing to travel throughout the state during the training program
* Be willing to work with NCA for at least 12 months following licensure
