Director of Operations
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the company Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Operations (DO) will serve as a key member of the Operations Team providing operational oversight for various First Atlantic HealthCare (FAHC) communities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The DO will possess a sustained track record of leading and managing Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Nursing Facility communities and have proven their ability to be a good listener, motivator, innovator, communicator, and patient advocate. The DO will provide overall leadership, including day-to-day care of patients, care coordination with outside providers (as needed), management of quality assurance performance improvement processes, recognizes the financial implication of all management decisions with the goal of providing excellent patient care profitably. The DO will oversee all facility-related operations including QAPI processes, planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising all clinical activities according to company policies, standards of practice, and state and federal laws.
