Tall Pines Rehabilitation and Living Center, an outstanding leader in skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long term care, is currently seeking applications for Full time RN to fulfill a variety of duties.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic RN to do MDS’s, Staff Development and Consulting for our Res Care Unit. Tall Pines is looking for the last piece of the puzzle in an RN who loves to teach and work with residents and provide guidance to others. This is a full time opportunity looking for the right person to join our Team.

The ideal candidate will have:
· A friendly, team-oriented disposition
· Flexibility, and be detail oriented
· Understanding of RUGs III and PDPM
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· RN preferred
· Experience with the MDS is preferred
· A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
· Previous experience as a nurse manager is a plus
· A minimum of 2 years Long Term Care experience is preferred
