Resident Services/Activities Director
Schooner Estates – a privately owned premier senior living community in Auburn, Maine is accepting applications for a unique and exciting position as the Resident Services/Activities Director. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, inspiring, respectful, a great listener, a problem solver, an excellent team member, and above all passionate about what they do. The Resident Services Director is responsible for tenant activities, entertainment, and transportation. They lead a caring Resident Services Team and are a key member of the Management Team. Schooner Estates has been providing residential care, assisted living, and independent living like no other for over 30 years. Our people, service, and commitment to caring are what makes Schooner the top place to live and work. 3 to 5 years’ experience and a degree or certification in activities and/or therapeutic recreation is ideal, management experience is required.
