We are excited to announce: SUMMER COMMONS, a new licensed 64-bed skilled nursing care center combined with a 30-bed assisted living unit specializing in Memory Care.
This NEW, state-of-the-art health care center located in Sanford is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to lead and oversee our dietary department and ensure excellence in our decentralized Country Kitchen dining services model for our residents.
Candidate must have excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. CDM or equivalent qualifications are preferred. Experience in Long Term Care setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities will include: ensuring that residents have an outstanding dining experience, staff scheduling and supervision, purchasing and ordering supplies, general program oversight, budgeting, and inventory control.
