Due to an upcoming retirement this Fall, North Country Associates, Maine’s premier health care management company, is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Accounting Team in our Lewiston Central Office.
Currently this department handles all aspects of accounting for our
25 health care facilities.
Qualified individuals will:
¨ Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
¨ Experience in healthcare industry with solid knowledge of accounting principles and Excel; PCC/My Unity and/or GP Accounting software experience desired
¨ Team player with good communication skills and ability to work independently. Multi-tasker with attention to detail while adhering to deadlines
¨ Ability to record and reconcile fixed assets, taxes, payroll, inventory, bank statements, inter-company and governmental filings
