Corporate Director of Operations
Continuum Health Services is hiring an experience leader to fill the role of Corporate Director of Operations. Continuum Health Services is known for helping today’s senior living communities thrive and grow by providing fiscally sound practices and management support. Continuum Health Services has a reputation of efficiency, integrity, and a strong understanding of the needs of our Residents. Each of our Facilities offers a unique environment and we are looking for an operations director that will embrace the autonomy and qualities of each campus. As the Corporate Director of Operations, you will work as a senior leader, providing oversite of operations for each of the Continuum Health Services Facilities. This position reports directly to the Owner. This role has the potential to transition to Chief Operating Officer based on performance and experience.

Requirements Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Healthcare related field.
  • Current Maine Nursing Home or Multi-level administrator’s license.
  • 5 years’ experience as an Administrator in a long-term care facility.
  • Ability to supervise Professional and non-professional personnel. Ability to keep abreast of rapid changes in the long-term care community.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer operational policies.
  • Work with facility ancillary departments to facilitate compliance and efficiencies.
  • Establish operational goals for Continuum Facilities.
  • Hire and develop competent Administrators for the Continuum Facilities.
  • Review monthly financial statements with the Owner and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Review the physical conditions of the communities and direct repairs in collaboration with the Administrators. In collaboration with the CFO authorizes annual operation and capital budgets.
  • Chair the Corporate Compliance Committee organizing biannual meetings.
  • Lead monthly Administrator meetings to assure effective communications, cohesive operations, and identification of future needs.
  • Work closely with senior leadership team on management issues.
