Business Manager
Odd Fellows' and Rebekahs' Home of Maine, is a leading provider of nursing home and assisted living services has an opening for a Business Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a highly regarded healthcare facility as our Business Office Manager where you will lead a team that is responsible for billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tracking of Medicaid applications and interacting with clients and their families. Long-Term-Care experience would be beneficial.

Position Highlights:
  • Manage the business operations of the facility with the help of the bookkeeper/receptionist who you would supervise.
  • Attractive Monday - Friday schedule.
  • Report to the Administrator and receive training and additional support from our consultant.
  • Manage patient/resident trust funds and confidential files in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure policy & procedure and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent is required.
  • At least five years' experience in long term care billing and collection experience is preferred.
  • Additional coursework in accounting/finance is recommended.
