The City of Portland’s Health and Human Services Department is seeking a highly qualified experienced Administrator for the Barron Center. The Barron Center is a 219 bed long-term facility that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to individuals in need. Annual salary range of $100,544 - $ 123,658 and an excellent benefits package including:

Requirements |
Successful candidates will be licensed in the state of Maine as a Multi-Level Administrator with proven leadership skills. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a nursing home administrator or in a supervisory capacity in a health care setting. Knowledge of Medicare, Maine Care and Rehab services, as well as proven financial and human resources skills. The Barron Center Administrator participates actively in long range planning with the Department Director and members of the Health and Human Services Management Team. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a satisfactory criminal background check. |
