Residential Care Service Director
Fallbrook Woods is seeking a full time (Registered Nurse) for our Residential Care Service Director who will help us continue our powerful commitment to residents and staff. The right candidate will have CRMA with CNA, or LPN or a minimum of two years leadership experience. This position is looking for someone who is friendly and team-oriented, flexible and detail oriented. We are looking for someone who can also do On-call rotations.
This team member will oversee nursing care and assures that the Nursing Department meets the community’s standards of care and are following all policies and procedures and assures that the Nursing Department is in compliance with the DHHS and federal rules and regulations. You will also be part of the administration team and help with collaborating to implement marketing strategies to assure effective and timely admissions and discharges all while supporting administration in meeting census and mix goals. This team member will also help the Business Office Manager in hiring, orientation, evaluations, and staff development of the Nursing department.
