Assistant Director of Residential Care Maine Veterans’ Homes is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to serving Maine’s veterans and families. Our focus is on providing top-quality senior care, comfort, and camaraderie for the Veterans who call South Paris home. We are seeking a RN or LPN to fulfill the role of Assistant Director of Residential Care. The role of the Assistant Director is to assist the Residential Care Director, ensuring the necessary care and services are provided to each resident, maintaining the highest level of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being in accordance with the resident care plan and standards of federal, state, and VA regulations. This position also supervises the activities of the direct care staff, promoting the highest quality of nursing services.
