Memory Care Director Assisted Living
Market Square Health Care Center, a long-term care, skilled nursing and residential care facility located in the Western Mountain Region of Maine, is looking for a Memory Care Director for its Memory Care Unit.
Memory Care at Market Square is a 16 bed Assisted Living Facility specifically designed for individuals with memory loss and cognitive decline.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Management Team who has a strong desire to assist in the development and implementation of our Person-Centered Memory Care Assisted Living Program at Market Square.
The successful Candidate will possess the following:
Experience working with all stages of memory loss and a strong background in memory care program development
Experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living Environments
Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor and inspire staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player willing to embrace all the resources our company offers and collaborate with all levels of personnel
A Nursing or Social Work background preferred, but all transferable experience will be considered
