We are a 91 bed facility located in Ellsworth, Maine with all private rooms including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing & Long Term Care. Hourly Rate $27.00 - $32.00

LPN Requirements:
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Currently licensed LPN in Maine.
