We are a 91 bed facility located in Ellsworth, Maine with all private rooms including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing & Long Term Care. As a PSS, you will help create a caring environment as part of a clinical team, focusing on providing personal support to your Residents in an Assisted Living environment. Getting to know your Residents is one of the most rewarding parts of this job!

PSS Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Personal Support Specialist Certification OR not yet a PSS, we will train you!  
• Grow your career: We providing training to become a Certified Residential Medication Aide – which allows you to receive an immediate pay increase!
• Experience with or desire to spend your work day caring for people, especially those who are older and/or chronically ill.
• Focus on a high-level of customer service. 
• Ability to work with independence, flexibility, good judgment, verbal communication, creating a safe environment, positive customer relationships.
