Social Services Director
Full Time



Breakwater Commons, a 96-bed brand new state of the art healthcare facility boasting private living spaces for all residents, expansive therapy gym and panoramic views of Penobscot Bay is seeking a dynamic and customer service oriented individual to lead our social services department. 


* Licensed Social Worker with previous supervisory experience in a health care setting helpful
* Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Maine Care and resident finances
* Demonstrated knowledge of facility regulation and policy/procedure implementation 
* Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment and manage all aspects of the social services department as well as work closely with residents & families
* Prior experience in a LTC facility setting is required
