This presentation provides strategies for effectively managing managed care programs in skilled nursing facilities. Attendees will learn how to navigate complex reimbursement structures, optimize care delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality resident outcomes. Through practical insights and case examples, participants will gain confidence in implementing best practices that streamline operations, enhance care coordination, and improve overall facility performance.

Presenter:
Julie Gala is the Vice President of Clinical Strategies and a speech-language pathologist at HealthPRO-Heritage. She is a RAC-CT and PAC-educated clinical leader who oversees and aligns all teams under a unified clinical strategies framework. Julie leads national clinical initiatives, serves as committee lead for NARA and Advion, and is known for translating complex regulatory and reimbursement requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Her work focuses on advancing clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and readiness for value-based care across diverse care settings.

A week prior, MHCA will invite all registered participants to complete the form required to register for the Zoom webinar.  Once complete, confirmation will be sent to the email you provided, which will include instructions for obtaining handouts and your link to join the session on the day of the program.

To earn a Certificate, you must join the meeting using the link provided. In lieu of sign-in sheets, we will rely on the Attendee Report provided by the webinar platform (which documents attendee contact information and webinar join/end times). After the series is complete, and attendance verified, certificates will be issued to all eligible participants.
