Creating Connections: E-Notes for Long Term Care

Creating Connections: E-Notes for Long Term Care was created to provide communication and connection to nursing home and assisted living residents who have been unable to have visitors due to CDC guidelines surrounding Covid-19 since mid-March. This initiative encourages community members of all ages to write notes of encouragement, share a funny joke, upload a drawing, or a photo. We know this is a difficult and lonely time for residents and this is a way to spread some happiness while keeping residents safe. Complete the form below with your name and message, hit send and Maine Health Care Association will forward your message to thousands of residents in nearly two hundred provider homes across the state.
