Staffing Transitions at MHCA

As was announced previously, Ashley Ellis MHCA Director of Education is resigning effective January 13, 2023. After more than eleven years of working for the association, Ashley has accepted a new position as Project Coordinator – Performance and Systems Optimization for Central Maine Health Care (CMHC.)
 
While at MHCA, Ashley performed many tasks. She assisted with all functions of the association's day to day operations and experienced great growth in her role. In 2021, Ashley was promoted to the Director of Education, a position in which she brought new ideas and worked diligently to meet the needs of members during challenging times. We thank Ashley for her service and wish her well in her future endeavors.
 
We are very pleased to announce that Karen Michaud, former Director of Education at MHCA, will be returning to her role on an interim basis beginning on Monday, January 9^th. Karen and Ashley will overlap for a week to ensure a smooth transition. Please join me in welcoming Karen back to the MHCA Team!
