Rate Determination Initiation Notice for Nursing Facilities and Residential Care Facilities

Maine Department of Health and Human Services has provided notice that they have initiated a Rate Determination Process* for Section 67, Nursing Facility Services and Section 97, Appendix C, Medical and Remedial Services of the MaineCare Benefits Manual. New rates are being determined pursuant to the Department's reimbursement reform and rate determination priorities. 

There will be opportunities throughout the Rate Determination process for stakeholders to give input and provide comment.
