We are pleased to announce the MHCA Virtual Leadership Academy!

Did you know that the main driver for employee retention is having a great supervisor?  Great managers produce higher employee engagement, productivity, retention, improved teamwork, and higher customer satisfaction. 

Do you need help training your leaders?  The MHCA Virtual Leadership Academy covers topics ranging from employee engagement to personal effectiveness.
