We have great news! MHCA is planning a number of excellent programs that you might find beneficial. For your convenience, I've listed the first few sessions on our calendar:    In addition, we'll be hosting our first ever MCA Leadership Academy from 1-3pm (every other week) from April 4, 2023 to June 13, 2023.  This six-part webinar series (12 contact hours) offers any leader or manager clear, practical, and engaging content. We'll cover things like staff retention, engagement, conflict management, accountability, service excellence, building harmony, personal effectiveness, replenishment and more.
