Catherine Cutler Institute offers free web-based Fatigue Training for Caregivers!

With funding from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), USM's Catherine Cutler Institute developed a free, web-based Sleep Deprivation & Fatigue Training for caregivers. This program aims to:
  • Help workers understand the importance of sleep and risks associated with fatigue.
  • Identify the sources of fatigue for long-term care workers.
  • Introduce tools and strategies to help manage the risks associated with fatigue.
