AHCA Hosting Webinar on Submitting Comments to CMS in Opposition to the Federal Staffing Ratio Mandate

Last week, CMS released the proposed minimum staffing rule (see their press release and fact sheet). There are major problems with the rule, and if finalized, large portions of the sector would be out of compliance. 

AHCA set a nationwide goal of submitting at least 10,000 comments to CMS during the public comment period, and MHCA is aiming to have at least 50 of our facilities submit a comment. These goals will be tough, but we can do it. We need every member building and every member company to weigh in. On Monday, September 11, at 2pm EST (register here!) AHCA will host a webinar that walks you and your teams through how to submit comments.
