NHSN New Customer Service Tool

NHSN is introducing a new customer service platform known as ServiceNow. You can now conveniently submit your inquiries through the self-service portal. Access to this portal is available by logging into the CDC's Secure Access Management Services (SAMS) application and selecting the ServiceNow link.
Here's what this new tool offers:
  • A ServiceNow form that will guide you in providing NHSN with the necessary information, enabling them to answer your questions more efficiently by directing them to the appropriate subject matter expert.
  • The ability to monitor the progress of your inquiries and receive responses through the ServiceNow Customer Service Portal.
For users without SAMS access, the option to contact the helpdesk at nhsn@cdc.gov remains available.
