Last Chance to Submit Your Comment Against the Unfunded Staffing Mandate Proposal

On November 6, CMS closes the comment period for its proposed unfunded staffing mandate. This rule will not work for Maine and will lead to additional closures of nursing homes, further limiting the access to long term care for the people of Maine.
