This winter, we are extending this successful campaign to include resident vaccination.
Designed to improve voluntary influenza and COVID-19 immunization rates for residents, the Power of Care Campaign will reach residents, their families, and staff where they live and work.
Campaign components include:
- A Power of Care Tool Kit which provides facilities with detailed background information includingmessages and tools you can use to encourage immunizations
- A Power of Care Poster in the tool kit to announce the next on-site immunization clinic
- A Brochure that outlines the Power of Care Program and the efforts we are taking to keep residents safe
- Tent cards that can be placed in sitting areas for residents and their families to remind them about the importance of immunizations
- Note Pads to distribute to residents for their use
- A Postcard for facilities to give residents to let them know about the next on-site clinic
- A Valentine's Day Card for facilities to personalize and deliver to residents to demonstrate how much they care for them
- A digital and social media campaign geared toward family members with messages designed to help keep everyone safe, informed, and healthy—all in a respectful manner.
