RESCHEDULED: MaineCare Provider Enrollment Presentation and Listening Session

DHHS was forced to cancel the originally scheduled session due to severe weather. They have rescheduled the meeting for January 17 at 9 AM. Please re-register in advance for this event so that we can anticipate accurate attendance counts. This will be a hybrid meeting, so you have the option to join virtually or in person at 109 Capitol St. Augusta, ME 04330. Capacity will be limited and first come, first serve. If we reach capacity and cannot accommodate you in person, we will reach out to alert you after we receive your registration. 
 
Session objectives:
The Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) and Gainwell Technologies will deliver presentations on enrollment and listen to any comments from providers, including ideas for potential solutions to challenges. The objectives of this session include: 

• Gainwell will share current state and strategies for improving the enrollment challenges. 
• OMS will share overview of licensure/enrollment process, clarify the areas where OMS is responsible, and acknowledge other Offices with related functions.  
• OMS and Gainwell will listen to provider suggestions, ideas and solution-oriented discussion regarding enrollment challenges. 
• OMS will use this information to inform next steps.
