Keynote speakers:

LaShuan Bethea
Executive Director, NCAL

Beginning her career as a licensed practical nurse, LaShuan has held roles ranging from long-term care nursing and acute behavioral healthcare to serving as the vice president of legislative affairs for a skilled nursing facility. In her role at the National Center for Assisted Living, she frequently meets with long-term care providers, state and federal legislators, and administrative agencies to discuss today's critical long-term care issues. 

Dana Ritchie
Associate Vice President of Constituency Services and Workforce, AHCA/NCAL

Dana is an experienced Capitol Hill advocate, advocating on issues such as the workforce crisis the long-term care sector has been facing. She manages senior housing issues and serves as a liaison between the American Health Care Association's over 14,500-strong membership and agencies like the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
