Don’t miss out on MHCA’s monthly series on nutrition, food service and resident-centered dining practices!

Could you use some fresh strategies for enhancing the dining experience for your residents? Do you need help training your food service team on essentials like budgeting, resident-centered care, survey readiness, nutrition and chronic diseases in the elderly, care planning, food allergies and intolerances, improving resident satisfaction with your menus, ethical practices, disaster planning and more?
 
MHCA is offering a monthly webinar series (beginning in January) to discuss these key concepts, best practices, and fundamentals for meeting the nutritional needs of residents, improving your dining practices, enhancing residents' quality of life, and staying in compliance with regulatory guidelines.    
 
Webinars will be hosted online from 2:30pm to 3:30pm on the last Tuesday of every month. Taking place over Zoom, your team can avoid travel time and expenses while bolstering their skills. In addition, the DiningRD team will be requesting CE credits for this series through the Association of Nutrition & Food Service Professionals (ANFP).
