Buy Your Mike McNeil Tickets Before it is Too Late!

It is that time of year! The popular CASH CALENDAR FUNDRAISER featuring a total prize payout of $2500!

Here's how it works:
  • Each member facility is asked to sell 10 Cash Calendars.
  • Cost is $10 on or before January 26, 2024 and $15 afterward.
  • Members can sell them individually or buy them to give as staff incentives!
  • Use the enclosed sign to designate a salesperson in your facility and display it in a common staff area in your center.
    • Be sure to use home addresses for each entry so we can send winnings directly.
  • To complete entry, send one total payment and one Collection Form to MHCA by January 26, 2024.
  • Checks can be made payable to MHCA (with MMSF noted in the memo line) OR pay online at Please do not send cash through the mail.

  • Additional entry forms are welcome any time during the fundraiser after January 26 at the increased rate of $15 per ticket.
Calendars will be drawn for the entire month of February, including weekends! One lucky person will win $500!
Entrants may win multiple times during the month.

This event is a fundraiser for the Mike McNeil Scholarship fund. Educational funding is available to facility employees, their immediate family members and volunteers wishing to pursue post-secondary education and training in the areas of Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Activities and Food Service.
