MHCA offering Nurse Manager Certificate Program beginning Feb 21!

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for MHCA's 2024 Online Nurse Manager Certificate Program (NMCP). This 9-hour course was created for licensed nurses who are, or will be, serving as unit supervisors or charge nurses. Nurses who serve in these roles must demonstrate clinical expertise and function as frontline managers, often, with little or no leadership and supervisory training.
 
The goal of the NMCP is to provide the tools and resources necessary to grow their leadership and communication skills and help them become more proficient at building an effective team, managing conflict, directing staff and managing performance, fostering resilience, taking a coaching approach to supervision, and more.
 
The series will take place online, in an interactive format, over three weeks.  Attendees will join the broadcasts using webcams and microphones to engage with presenters and peers.
