The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid are set to host a webinar on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. ET. The focus of this webinar is to discuss effective strategies for increasing immunization rates in long-term care facilities.
 
This event is specifically tailored for nursing home leaders, medical directors, directors of nursing, and infection preventionists who are keen on collaborating with their staff, residents, and families to enhance COVID-19 vaccination rates within their facilities.
 
During the webinar, attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from nursing home teams that have successfully developed strategies to combat COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy and fatigue. Additionally, they will delve into topics such as scheduling onsite vaccination clinics and addressing staff turnover to ensure timely vaccinations for residents.
