DLC Issues Reminder Regarding Timely Submission of License Renewal Applications
DLC has issued a
reminder letter to all SNF/NF and Multi-Level centers regarding application for renewal of license. In accordance with Statute-22 M.R.S. § 1811 and the accompanying regulations detailed in section 2.A., the Division of Licensing and Certification (DLC) mandates that all license renewal applications must be received at least 20 days prior to the expiration date of the current license. No application for license will be backdated.
