C- Difficile Collaborative Meeting

The Maine Nursing Home CDI Education Collaborative meeting is scheduled for June 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM. This important event represents a joint effort between the Maine CDC, the US CDC, and the Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs). The primary focus of this collaborative is to enhance education and awareness around Clostridium difficile infection (CDI) prevention and management in nursing homes.

We invite all nursing homes across the state to participate in this collaborative. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with experts, share experiences, and gain valuable insights into best practices for combating CDI. This meeting aims to foster a community of learning and support, ultimately improving patient outcomes and safety in nursing home settings.
