MHCA would like to inform you about an important update to our refund policy, as detailed in our Education Policies & Procedures. Effective immediately, eligible refunds will be issued for the full registration amount minus the PayPal administrative fee associated with your transaction. PayPal fees typically range from 2% to 4%, in addition to a fixed fee of $0.49, depending on the type of transaction.
